Valid credit card and 50% deposit required at time of booking.
Late arrivals past ten minutes cannot be guaranteed an appointment. Please call 48 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule. If we don’t hear from you, 50% of your service will be charged to the credit card on file.
All new color appointments must first book a 15-minute free consult so that we can best serve you, and color appointments must be booked with a credit card to keep on file.
Do I need a consultation before I schedule an appointment for a color service?
Yes, we do require a consultation at least 24 hours before the date of your color service for all new clients. The consultations are free of charge and will only take 15 minutes of your time. Consultations ensure the stylist books out the correct amount of time for your service and has the advance notice to plan and create your unique color formula.
Are you cash only?
No, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payment as well as Cash. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time and gratuity is accepted in cash only.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes, we do haircuts for children over the age of 3 years old. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 3. The shears and other cutting instruments the stylists use in their craft can be dangerous. Children who are not able to stay still for the duration of the service may be denied service due to the possibility of injury.
Where is the nearest train station to the shop?
We are located on 5th Ave a few blocks away from the Atlantic/Barclay stop which houses the B, Q, 2, 3, 4, 5, and LIRR trains.
Do you sell cutting implements or home color kits in salon?
No, we do not sell home color kits, clippers, razors, shears, combs or brushes in salon. However we do offer a wide range of luxury cleansing, conditioning and styling products!
I am running late for my appointment, what should I do?
When you book an appointment with us we reserve a specific amount of time for your service, therefore we are not able to take clients who are more than 10 minutes tardy. If you feel that you are going to run late for your appointment, please feel free to call us and let us know in advance, in some cases we may be able to still accommodate you or reschedule you for another time.
