Do I need a consultation before I schedule an appointment for a color service?

Right now we do not require a prior consult, but if you have questions about what service to book, please call our front desk Wednesday thru Sunday 11-4.

Are you cash only?

No, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payment at time of booking. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time and gratuity is accepted in cash or venmo..

Do you cut children’s hair?

Yes, we do haircuts for children over the age of 3 years old. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 3. The shears and other cutting instruments the stylists use in their craft can be dangerous. Children who are not able to stay still for the duration of the service may be denied service due to the possibility of injury.

Where is the nearest train station to the shop?

We are located on 5th Ave a few blocks away from the Atlantic/Barclay stop which houses the B, Q, 2, 3, 4, 5, and LIRR trains.

Do you sell cutting implements or home color kits in salon?

No, we do not sell home color kits, clippers, razors, shears, combs or brushes in salon. However we do offer a wide range of luxury cleansing, conditioning and styling products!

I am running late for my appointment, what should I do?

When you book an appointment with us we reserve a specific amount of time for your service, therefore we are not able to take clients who are more than 10 minutes tardy. We are sorry but during the pandemic we are unable to provide refunds for any missed appointments. If you know ahead of time that you cannot attend a booked appointment, just go to our Vagaro booking page and reschedule your appointment- at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding of our Covid-19 protocols.
